Will Apple Release iPhone 2021 Without Lightning Port?
In the last few years, Apple has made several changes to its newest iPhone line.
Since doing a major overhaul when removing the 3.5mm audio jack on the iPhone 7, Apple is rumored to be removing the lightning port on the iPhone 2021 line.
Apple’s famous analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, also predicts the iPhone 2021 will be present by sharing significant changes.
Quoted from Cnet, Wednesday (12/18/2019), Kuo said Apple was considering releasing an iPhone 2021 without lightning port and switching to using the c-type port.
Information, this news has been sticking out since 2018. At that time, the iPhone X is rumored to be appearing without a lightning port.
In fact, the iPhone X, iPhone XS, until the iPhone 11 slid on the market while still maintaining the lightning connector.
In addition to the iPhone 2021, Kuo also discussed the iPhone which will be released next year. He said in 2021 Apple would release five iPhone models.
From his predictions, one of the iPhone models released in SE 2. This smartphone is said to have a 4.7-inch LCD screen and has a design similar to the iPhone 8.
While for the other four models, Apple is rumored to be using an OLED screen and all of them support 5G networks.
Similar to this year, two iPhone models will have three rear cameras and are positioned as the successors to the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
