Find a bug in Apple products and get up to USD 1 million

Apple is back to refine the bounty bug program. The prizes offered are quite fantastic, up to USD 1 million.

Through its official website, the tech giant from Cupertino revealed in more detail the bug search program on its products. Not only iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS, this program also applies to iCloud.

The amount of the prize depends on the vulnerability found and the type of attack on the device, including physical access, network, user interaction, and others. Apple offers a range of prizes from as low as USD 100 thousand to as high as USD 1 million.

This is not the first time Apple has made a bounty bug. The program was held 2016 ago, at that time they offered USD 200 thousand to those who could find and report vulnerabilities in their systems.

To note Apple is not the only one who routinely staged bug hunting competitions. Other technology companies also do the same thing with prizes.
